My detox juice / smoothie recipes

WELLNESS

Smoothie
If you follow me on Instagram, you might know that lately, my lifestyle has changed. Indeed, I am working a lot and between personal projects and my actual job, I got really tired, no energy, sick, moody … So, for a few months now, I decided to change my habits concerning my workouts and my diet.

About my workouts, I am training with a personal trainer once a week and then, 3 to 4 times a week by myself. If you want to know more about it, let me know !

Concerning my diet, I started a “sugar free” diet. It is based on eating veggies, fruits, cereals, white meat and soya meat and seeds. You might have thought I am a vegetarian but I am not. I mean, these last few years, I saw so many awful documentaries about how animals are treated and things like that, and it raises awareness in me. So now I only buy meat enquiring on where it comes from.

Anyway, I start each of my day with a detox juice or a smoothie for breakfast, and I wanted to share with you guys, some of my recipes ! I hope you will like it 🙂

The trendy coats selection of the season

The trendy coats selection of the season

It's weekend time. So happy to have some time off and be able to write over here.  This morning, I was reading a fashion magazine, and I was like "I need to do a selection of all the beautiful coats I've seen in stores and online", because yes, I've seen so many perfect coats for the season. Every year, when fall comes, I am looking for the perfect coat, it's like my favorite fashion piece and the most important to shop during that time of the year.
Boots selection for cold days coming

Boots selection for cold days coming

Hello Monday. This weekend, we had such a good weather in south of France, so good that we could even take our bikinis out of our closet. But, we all know that it won’t last too long. Anyway, for the one following me on Instagram for a bit of time, you kind of all know my big crush on boot right ? From autumn, to winter, to spring to summer, I can wear it all year long. I’ve been shopping online last week and saw so many perfect boots for this season and I absolutely had to share it with you. So I decided to write a blogpost and make you a little selection. Hopefully, it’s going to inspire you and you will find your perfect pair of boots down bellow.
Makeup talk

Makeup talk

Weekeeeeeeend ! Finally I get some time to write this article I wanted to share with you for a while. For a couple a years now (because before I used to not wear make up at all), I’ve tried different makeup brands, different looks, some really good ones as some really bad ones. Over the years, I think that now I found “my perfect” make up routine and I wanted to share with you, my everyday makeup routine, the product I use and why (I will put all the link of the products I use down bellow) So, every morning, when I wake up, I wash my face with soap and put a serum, a hydrating cream, and an eye cream. Then, I start my make up.
