My detox juice / smoothie recipes

If you follow me on Instagram, you might know that lately, my lifestyle has changed. Indeed, I am working a lot and between personal projects and my actual job, I got really tired, no energy, sick, moody … So, for a few months now, I decided to change my habits concerning my workouts and my diet.
About my workouts, I am training with a personal trainer once a week and then, 3 to 4 times a week by myself. If you want to know more about it, let me know !
Concerning my diet, I started a “sugar free” diet. It is based on eating veggies, fruits, cereals, white meat and soya meat and seeds. You might have thought I am a vegetarian but I am not. I mean, these last few years, I saw so many awful documentaries about how animals are treated and things like that, and it raises awareness in me. So now I only buy meat enquiring on where it comes from.
Anyway, I start each of my day with a detox juice or a smoothie for breakfast, and I wanted to share with you guys, some of my recipes ! I hope you will like it 🙂

How do I take care of my colored blond hair

How do I take care of my colored blond hair

As some of you might know, Blond isn’t the real color of my hair. Have you seen my brows ? Well, pretty much, that would be my natural color (maybe a tiny bit lighter). Anyway, dye your hair means, take care of it way more than someone with natural hair. With an artificial color, your hair gets more sensitive, it ‘s damaged faster and for blond, if you don’t take care of them with the right products, well it can turn to what we call “dirty blond”. Moreover, we feel way more confident and pretty with beautiful hair no ?
