New year, new me. And my health is all about it. Since the beginning of the year, I have been working out a lot, and changed my whole alimentation. I actually don’t really eat meat anymore (but this is a personal issue) and based my whole alimentation on a more vegetal way.
We all need our average of superfood. I’ve done a lot of research about how to eat more healthy, and superfood is what helps being dynamic all day long.
For a couple of weeks, I like to start each of my days with a smoothie, and here, I will be sharing with you the receipt of my “superfood banana berry smoothie”.
What you need :
- Coconut-rice milk
- Chia seeds
- 1 banana
- Açai berry powder
Start with pouring 250g of coconut rice milk in your blinder, then add some water.
Cut the banana in small slices and add it to the mixture with blueberries. To end, add 1 to 2 tablespoon of açai powder. As you may know, the açai is full of antioxydants,, vitamins and minerals, so really really good for you body. Once it’s mixed, add some chia seeds and mix the whole combination.
Drink it for breakfast, for lunch. It’s up to you. When I realized those pic, I was about to get lunch so I took my superfood smoothie with a brocoli tofu bowl, 2 hours before going to the gym.
