My Sunday kind of healthy breakfast

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday … The only day of the week where I am usually free to wake up late and do whatever I want of my day.

What I love about Sunday is also that I have time to cook something yummy for breakfast and enjoy it. No rush !
So today I wanted to share with you what I usually prepare on Sunday morning, something really yummy but still healthy.

So first, I wake up and drink a big glass of water with a bit of lemon, like every single morning. I will share with you guys later, in an other article, why I do this everyday before starting my day.

Then it’s time to prepare ….. Creeeeeeeeepes !

+ Here is my recipe : 

  • 2 full eggs + 1 white
  • 3 soup spoon of agave sirup and 1 small sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 290g of whole wheat flour
  • 50cl of sugar free almond milk
  • Seasonal fruits and frozen ones

With this recipe, I am able to do 6 to 9 crepes.

I usually always buy seasonal fruits, but I am a big lover of summer fruits such as raspberries, apricots, blueberries … So I usually also buy frozen fruits all year long. Once my crepes are done, I add the fruits on the top and prepare my tea.

These last few weeks, I got used to drink matcha green tea. I’ve read a lot of articles about the benefits of matcha, and here is what comes up all the time :

  • Boosts metabolism and burn calories
  • Detoxifies naturally
  •  Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins
  • Provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium
  •  Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar

So I try to believe it works, I will let you know my feeling about it in a couple of month !

With the good days coming, I can’t wait to eat these kind of breakfasts under the sun, with a good book, just enjoying the moment 😀
