My detox juice / smoothie recipes


If you follow me on Instagram, you might know that lately, my lifestyle have changed.
Indeed, I am working a lot and between personal projects and my actual job, I got really tired, no energy, sick, moody … So, since a few months now, I decided to change my habits concerning my workouts and my alimentation.
About my workouts, I am training with a personal trainer once a week and then, 3 to 4 times a week by myself.  If you want to know more about it, let me know !

Concerning my alimentation, I started a “sugar free” diet. My alimentation is based on eating veggies, fruits, cereals, white meat and soja meat and seeds. You might have thought I was a vegetarian but I am not. I mean, these last few year, I saw so many awful documentary about how animals are treated and things like that and it raises awareness.  So now I only buy meat enquiring on where it comes from.

Anyway, I start each of my day with a detox juice or smoothie as breakfast and I wanted to share with you guys, some of my recipes ! I hope you will like it 🙂

(For each recipes, you just have to blend everything together into a blender).

+ Banana broccoli smoothie:

  • 120g of frozen broccoli
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 230ml of almond milk

+Green Aloe juice :

  • 230g of frozen spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 40 ml of lemon juice
  • 250ml of Aloe Vera juice (usually you can find it in organic stores)

+ Kale Pineapple smoothie :

  • 180g of kale
  • 160g of frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 230 ml of almond milk
  • 2 coffee spoon of chia seeds
  • 1 coffee spoon of spirulina

+Strawberry coconut juice :

  • 150 to 200g of frozen spinach
  • 6 to 10 strawberries
  • 40 ml of lemon juice
  • 125 ml of coconut water

+Kale Mango smoothie :

  • 180g of kale
  • 1 peeled mango
  • 1 banana
  • 200g of almond milk
  • 2 soup spoon of green lemon juice
  • some ice cubes

+Beet red fruits smoothie :

  • 1 peeled beet
  • 200g of frozen red fruits
  • 180 ml of almond milk
  • 2 coffee spoon of hemp powder

+Pomegranate spinach juice :

  • 150 to 200g of frozen spinach
  • 150g of pomegranate seeds
  • 150ml of coconut water
  • 1 soup spoon of chia seeds
